NAME
Mazel Fides Flavia
(Mazel is an idol in the form of a woman; Fides means faithful; Flavia is the feminine form of Flavius, meaning ‘golden’ or ‘yellow-haired’)

AGE
22 years old (DOB: 4th of July)

MAGIC AND WEAPON
Weapon: A heavy trident made entirely of steel, about 170cm long (yeah I drew the chibi’s trident way too short)
Magic:
Sound – Mazel uses sound magic mainly for manipulating sound waves which could create sound illusions which could be scary or even mesmerizing. Sometimes she attacks robbers or other threats by doing this or simply screaming while amplifying the sound wave.

OCCUPATION
A squad general. More often sent for diplomacy purposes rather than actual war.

LIKES/DISLIKES
+Animals, even beasts. She doesn’t kill them even in a gladiator fight. Usually ends up adopting them.
+Drinks…. Of course her dad must not find out.
+Slaves. She doesn’t support slavery, either, but she likes the slaves. They’re helpful and will always accompany her drinking the night away. Besides, they never tell her father.
-Thieves/robbers. She doesn’t hate them but would prefer they ask politely instead of snatching…
-Being called a ‘kid’ or ‘SHORT’. She’s friggin 22 and it’s not her fault if she’s short for her age.
-Intimidating tall women. Well they don’t have to actually intimidate her, them being tall is intimidating enough.
-War. Because in case of a war, she will almost certainly be sent to the front lines and will have absolutely no time to shop.

HISTORY
Mazel’s father was a renowned general in the army. Her mother is an intelligent pure-blood Fanalis, also in the army. She gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl. They both inherit some of their mother’s Fanalis strength, senses and agility (technically making them ‘half-bloods’) but not her looks. They don’t look like Fanalis at all, aside from the slight orange-reddish hair shade.
When they turned 5, both their parents died in a war. They were adopted by two different aristocrats and got separated. Her foster father is an intelligent merchant/astronomer, and he had a mentor teach Mazel all there is to know about war strategy, history, diplomacy and several other stuffs. She turns out to inherit her mother’s intelligence, making it very easy to master all she needs to know.
At the age of 15, Mazel decided to hone her skills as a gladiator. It is unexpected from rich educated people to become gladiators. People doubted her at first, her father didn’t even approve. Mazel’s weapon of choice was a trident instead of the mainstream sword. Her Fanalis bloodline made it very easy to battle effectively using the heavy weapon. Not wanting to waste a chance, a general invites the apparently intelligent gladiator to join his corps. She then joined the Laem army and quickly rose up the ranks to become one of the Great Priestess’ trusted generals.
Mazel has no idea where her brother currently is. She has no recollection of his name, either, making it hard to even start looking for him. He could be anywhere in Laem or even another country. He could even be dead. Secretly, every time she’s about to be sent somewhere for another diplomacy, she prays to meet her brother there by chance.
Personality
Despite how serious she may look, Mazel is a chronic procrastinator who is bored to the brim with educational books and other similar craps.
Not that she is unfriendly, but she is also introverted, which makes her not really good at socializing, especially with people from a different economic class. She just doesn’t know what to say. This even makes it possible for the rich young general to be nervous around a thief.
A spender that spends her money and her foster dad’s money to buy pets, drinks, excessive food (which usually results in her dad arranging a party to get rid of them) and sometimes a superfluous amount of colorful togas.

MISCELLANEOUS
-Refuses to wear her general armor with the cape and (especially) the helmet everyday because it decreases mobility. Instead, she wears a toga with a green laurel wreath everywhere. Her armor is worn only at patrols, diplomatic meetings or when Laem is threatened.
-Despite being a general, she still lives in her GODDAMN RICH foster dad’s house.
-Mazel secretly thinks that her armor design is lame and it’s unreasonable for other generals to wear armor every day.
-She feels intimidated specifically by taller women, especially those who notices this trait of hers. Fortunately enough, not many does.
-The main reason Mazel is often sent for diplomatic meetings isn’t an exceedingly good diplomatic skill—she fights better using tridents than words; it’s because of how innocent she looks despite being a general, how patient to bullcrap she is, and her sound magic which could be used to slightly (mesmerize) ’convince’ people of her point.
-Has a scar on her back which she hates.
-Secretly wants to go on adventures not as a general, but as a big girl wanting to see the world. Actually… Mazel wants to be a dungeon capturer.

REASON/PURPOSE
Mazel just wants to find her brother—or at least what happened to him—and live a luxurious life in the future with a specific type of family which includes only her, a husband and a pair of twin children.
